    Submitting your first claim in OtterClaims is quick and easy. This guide will walk you through the entire process step-by-step.

    Step 1: Access the New Claim Form

    1. Log in to your OtterClaims account
    2. Click on "Claims" in the left sidebar
    3. Click the "New Claim" button in the top right corner

    Step 2: Enter Basic Information

    You'll need to provide the following information:

    • Contract Provider: Select the warranty company or contract provider for this claim
    • Claim Type: Choose between Warranty, Extended Warranty, or Service Contract
    • Priority: Set the urgency level (Low, Medium, High, or Critical)
    • Description: Provide a brief summary of the issue

    Step 3: Add Vehicle Information

    Enter details about the vehicle:

    • VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
    • Year, Make, and Model
    • Current mileage
    • License plate number
    • Customer name and contact information
